Scientists: good to drink orange juice for breakfast

New day, scientists do not recommend starting with a cup of coffee and a cup of warm water. They say that breakfast is the most appropriate drink orange juice.

After some investigation, the American experts from the University of Buffalo, found that the most beneficial to human health is a natural drink is orange juice, which is best used in the morning during breakfast.

The experiment involves the participation of 30 volunteers aged from 20 to 40 years. All participants were fed the same: every day they ate a sandwich with ham, scrambled eggs and potatoes. In the first group of volunteers were asked to wash down the food sweet water, while the second - with plain water, and the subjects of the third group meal washed down with fresh-squeezed orange juice. All the participants in the experiment after the study, blood samples were taken for every 1, 3 and 5 hours.

Thus, the most useful became orange juice as blood members of this group has been noted smallest amount of glucose and more substances responsible for immunity. However, despite the usefulness of the drink, experts advise to drink it through a straw to avoid contact with the tooth enamel.
