The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (English National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)) announced today that last month was the warmest April, from ever recorded. This news is a new force reignited the debate about global warming, giving experts a further argument in the debate with the skeptics.

According to the report, the combined surface temperature of the earth and water on the planet was on average 58.1 degrees. This is the highest temperature recorded for April, since when it started collecting temperature data in 1880.

Also, it was the hottest time period from January to April of ever registered.

The average temperature in the 20th century in April was 56.7 degrees, 1.4 degrees lower than the temperature recorded this year.

In Russia, China and the western United States and in parts of South America in the past month has been colder than usual, but in the rest of the world the temperature was a record high.

The news came just in time, because scientists are trying to raise the issue of global warming. Some parts of the United States suffered a record amount of snowfall last winter there, which gave rise to doubts about the reality of global warming.
